My husband and I spent a few nights at the Cuyler Cabin, and it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The location is unbeatable. Hiking and biking trails are literally steps away, making it easy to slip into nature together without even starting the car. Inside, the cabin feels modern and spacious with warm, inviting touches. Think clean lines, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of natural light streaming through big windows. It’s the kind of space where you can curl up with coffee in the morning and watch the world wake up.
But the real magic is outside. A private sauna, cold bucket dump, hammocks, and a fire pit area create a little oasis designed for slowing down and connecting. Our favorite moments were the simplest ones: sipping coffee on the deck in the morning, unwinding in the sauna at sunset, and ending the night under the stars by the fire.
The Little Rabbit Retreat: A Romantic Cabin Getaway in Minnesota
We also had the chance to stay at The Little Rabbit Retreat, and we absolutely loved it. Unlike the larger Cuyler Cabin, this one is secluded and designed specifically for two. It has a cozier, more intimate feel, the kind of space where you can shut out the world and just be together.
One of our favorite features was the star-gazing net, which feels like your own private hammock suspended above nature. Whether during the day with a book or at night with the sky full of stars, it was pure magic. We also made use of the new grill for a cozy dinner in and ended the evening curled up watching a movie on the projector.

While we didn’t stay overnight in the Mirror Cabin, we had the chance to explore it, and it’s unlike anything else in Minnesota. With sleek, modern architecture that reflects the surrounding trees, it almost disappears into the landscape.
